For just a moment, let's all get real. None of us were born wearing clothes. It isn't natural. Clothing is not instinctive. All of us had to be taught (shown) how to dress ourselves (put on pants, shirts, socks, underwear, etc.). Even in cold weather outside, when we're clothes free inside, apparel isn't absolutely necessary. That's the reason we have developed heat.
For a multitude of bisexual and gay naturists/nudists, the descriptive identity of bare practitioner is a welcome preference superior to the traditional labelling of themselves as "bisexual," "gay," "naturist" and/or "nudist." These common descriptions were frequently perceived in a derogatory or negative manner. Often they were used by detractors in that exact type of manner. Tired of being discriminated, marginalized, or ridiculed in that or similar terminology, the community and culture enthusiastically adopted and embraced the neutral and nonjudgmental connotations of bare practitioner.
The new identification also avoided the obvious distinction of being different and separate from human and normal. Bare practitioner removed the stereotype of "immoral naked homosexual." It effectively eliminated notion of a promiscuous group of men in an orgy. It also helped significantly reduce the association of being naked and sex as being synonymous.
It also helped to reduce the redundancy of "bisexual or gay naturist/nudist." We cut that self-identification label from five words down to just two. The energy and time saved allows us all time to strip out of our clothes and join our friends - every single one of us being completely bare!
A bare practitioner is a same gender loving man who willingly releases his body, mind and soul of the frustrations, tensions and unnatural compulsions of always having to hide beneath the oppression of clothes. A free spirit, uncensored and uncovered, in a completely natural state!
The bare practitioner designation is not indicative of a man's preferred sexual position. We are all either bisexual or gay. We are all either alpha-top, beta-bottom or versatile. Bare practitioner only determines that we're same gender lovers. All the rest is personal choice!
Bare practitioner is a form of self-identification. It is not a reference to our level of passion during physical intimacy. We are as aggressive or as passive sexually based solely on our own responses to our partner's actions and advances.
If the majority of the crowd is clothes free and unembarrassed, is it therefore logical to label the one wearing a garment as "indecent?"
However, do any of us have the right to judge others who may be different? If we resent being judged ourselves, we should all avoid degrading those around us. To each his own.
Today's primary feature here is SGL model and porn-star, Chad! A very hairy, muscular young actor of African-American descent, he strips at the end of this article as he's already posed in his bare practitioner role above. Thank you, Chad! You're always looking sexy as hell, my man!
Take care and stay bare!
